We worked with Nicole and Joe Ventura to sell our home and buy another over the summer. This was a complex maneuver for us, as we were out of the country for part of the transaction, and had to deal with a difficult agent on the other side of the home purchase. Joe and Nicole handled everything: they staged our home, prepared and negotiated our offer, and worked hard to close both deals in the space of just a few weeks. As we continued to see those places, he listened to our feedback and adjusted to places that fit things we wanted. Once we found the place, he helped us move quickly to submit the offer, and negotiate the best terms. Then process from both sides has been so easy and something I didn’t have to worry about with everything else going on. If you need someone that is very knowledgeable, responsible, dedicated, and most importantly cares about you and is relationship driven then Nicole is the right person for you.
